We have seen the class off 2021 been effected like never before.  There is a lot of young people being left behind  and I want to discuss how can we empower others by being a sponsor and not always a mentor  

How can we make sure we send the elevator back down and create real opportunities?  

How can we address inequalities in the workplace? 

How can we be an ally and not always a bystander?  

How do we really address unconscious bias in AI snd Tech?

 How can we address digital poverty and make sure no one is left behind?
