Engaging Communities With Goals and Challenges

Getting things actually done with community members is a tough task. Because it's hard, many communities end up being leisure chatrooms that measure chatter activity, and deny their members the gratification of collaborative achievement.  This is a practical case study on activating communities through tasks and challenges.  Demo is based on Zelos, a task delegation app that makes collaboration easier for large communities.
