ABOUT THE FACILITATOR, ANDERS HOLTEN
Anders is focused on supporting and nurturing authentic relationships with all key aspects of life, focusing on getting us in touch and back into integrity with ourselves, surrendering to our truth and acting in faith of our ‘gut feeling’, in doing so building confidence in our self-concept. Anders is also Meaningful Days’ Transformational Coach-in-Residence supporting our members to take leaps in creating the life and relationships they want. Anders combines deep spiritual and ancient practices combined with modern understanding of neuroscience, body, and spirit. Together these modalities form a powerful approach as to what it means to be in integrity with ourselves as a human being, resisting less and welcoming more and in doing so creating space for our growth and development.
“Nothing gives me greater pleasure than experiencing another human being becoming fully themselves in any aspect of their lives” -Anders Holten
